AVE design and hotel automation for prestigious projects

Parallel to the technological evolution of recent years, AVE hotel management solutions have had a widely appreciated development in the hotel industry. A recent example of its potential is offered by the prestigious Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel & SPA in Matera, where a highly advanced hotel management system has been created: with computerized control for the rooms’ access and temperature, as well as for the entrances and lighting of the wellness area; in this way the staff can easily supervise the entire structure directly from the reception PC, raising the quality of the service.

Thanks to the energy saving function, AVE system is able to avoid unnecessary energy (and economic) waste. The thermostats installed inside the Gioberti Art Hotel in Rome, for example, are configured to work in On-Line mode, thus allowing the structure to manage the temperature directly from the reception PC or an autonomous management by the system. The AVE software can recognize the presence of open windows and consequently modify the temperature on one of the three settable levels. When the customer is not in the room, the system is designed to disconnect superfluous loads (such as those related to the air conditioning or lighting).

For technology lovers, new smart features are also available that further support the AVE proposal for hotels and B&Bs through room touch screens, such as those installed at the Ostello StraVagante, the first social hostel in Verona whose management is also entrusted to people with disabilities and whose services have been designed to offer barrier-free hospitality. Extremely intuitive, these devices allow guests to interact with all room functions (lights, temperature, shutters, “Do not disturb”, …), view weather and tourist information, as well as timetables and information relating to the structure; also from smartphone thanks to the remote supervision function.
