Transponder access control for Hotel Management

AVE offers an advanced proposal for transponder access control for Hotel Management. Available both in the stand-alone version and in the on-line one, this system consists of two types of devices: external and internal room card readers. From their union, a highly advanced, safe, flexible and reliable access control system to the hotel rooms is born.

Through the AVE Hotel Management software, operators can monitor every access to the premises and therefore have total control over the hotel; the employees can also prepare wellness packages for guests. In fact, the MIFARE® technology integrated by the AVE readers allows the generation of cards with a higher level of security and the integration of advanced services into them with a reading performance at the highest levels.

The AVE proposal stands out also on an aesthetic level. The front plates are fully customizable and configurable. Depending on the different needs and of the model, they can be marked with the hotel’s logo, room number and any other indication for a futher touch of elegance and a unique customized style.

Among the different models, Vip System Touch is an external card reader for transponder access control that stands out precisely for its exceptional aesthetic connotation. Available in the version with glass front plate or in the aluminium variant, Vip System Touch is completely adaptable to any furnishing solution. This device boasts a simple and intuitive operation: bringing the card close to the reader, the latter allows the opening of the door, while occupation status and “do not disturb” notice can be activated by pressing a button inside the hotel room, and are conveniently displayed on the external card reader through dedicated LED. Vip System Touch is so the first device with touch front plate and transponder reader that, when installed outside of a hotel room, allows the simple automatic management of all functions related to access, occupation status of the room and “do not disturb”.
