MONITORING OF THE ROOMS

All that is essential to know about hotel’s rooms is here. The software represents each room like a card which colour changes depending on the state of the room (busy, free, not booked) and the payment mode. In case the card is purple, for example, it will mean that the occupants have explicitly requested a separate payment. So, simply looking the room’s colour, the operator can prepare two billing accounts.

In addition to returning an instant view of the occupancy’s status of all rooms with a single window, the hotel management software developed by Ave allows you to individually monitor each room, in every detail. Through the dedicated window you can control each component connected to the hotel network, verify the operation status and edit any operating parameter of the cooling/heating system, lighting, control the status of motorized blinds or manage the door’s opening. In this way you can significantly reduce the inefficiencies and increase comfort for guests directly from the PC.

MONITORING OF THE COMMON AREAS

Through DOMINA Hotel you can oversee in a totally intuitive way all the common areas like corridors, lobbies, restaurants, wellness areas, garage or gyms.

As the monitoring of the rooms, the hotel management system allows you to view, manage or timing all the operating parameters thus ensuring optimum service for both guests and staff who can easily supervise either rooms or common areas through PC.

INTERFACING WITH BOOKING SOFTWARE

DOMINA Hotel is able to interface with the most common booking software. This feature ensures a perfect integration between systems and represents a real opportunity for the hotel which can comfortably manage reservations through a clear and intuitive user interface that allows new employees to quickly familiarize with the software and this function.

Through the “QUEUE OF CHECK-IN” function you can have a complete summary of the next arrivals at your property. To promptly organize the reception of guests and prepare their rooms, the Ave’s hotel management software registers all bookings into a practical list. In addition to this advantage, the “QUEUE OF CHECK-IN” function also allows you to fill out all required data before the arrival.

These data will be stored by the system. At the check-in you can simply recover from this list the name of the booking. In the event that the guest was a regular customer, you can use this function even on more occasions loading the preregistered data.

CARD PROGRAMMER

Through the MIFARE card programmer (art. SCR-ALBM1) you can switch from check-in to the creation of a personalized access card in few minutes. Thanks to the USB interface and a dedicated software, staff members can directly manage the registration and deliver the card to guests without moving from their desk and avoiding unnecessary delays for customers. In case you lose your card, it’s possible to create a new one and the inhibition of the lost one so as to limit considerably the inefficiency for you and the hotel.

The contactless technology MIFARE is also synonymous with reliability. The access card information is completely safe and can not be cloned, it integrates a rewritable memory and can be programmed for use as a method of payment or to customize the access of employees to staff areas. In this way the identification and storage via the AVE software allow to have more control over employees, always know where are operating and instantly check the real state of tidying.

You can create different types of user card: CUSTOMER, WAITRESS, MAINTENANCE, PASSEPATOUT (SAFETY), SUPER-GUEST, SUB-MASTER, MASTER COPY, and ERASER. In the network version there are also card DIRECTOR, HOUSEKEEPER, RECEPTIONIST, BARMAN, SUPPLIER and SERVICE USER.

SOFTWARE TO SIZE OF HOTEL

Software versions are designed and sized for different hotel needs of hotels. Each structure can benefit from a software developed specifically for its reality. This means a greater adaptability of the system to the structure itself. Thanks to system flexibility, if the inn wants to expand its hotel automation or increase the number of rooms, it’s enough to update the software.
